Acknowledge receipt of documents/application. On receipt Review the same technically in line with  PESO Guidelines   and provide feedback. If anything needs to be modified/clarified and/or additional documents etc. required revert to Client  immediately.

Verify documentation accuracy/adequacy in line with  CCOE(PESO) requirements.

Preparation of final documentation/application for  online submission

Preparation  online  application with payment of PESO fees

Submit to  CCOE(PESO)  office after technical review.

Send online acknowledgment of  submitted application to CCOE(PESO)

After application submission, Follow up with  CCOE(PESO)   office and check if any query and/or any other requirement from  CCOE(PESO)  If yes, immediately informClient  about the same.

Obtain valid CCOE approval and send the online copy of approval to Client

 In case of any change in CCOE(PESO)   guidelines, change in requirements by CCOE like testing, documentation, process, certification standard or any other technical matters , then inform Client
